Senior Real Estate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estate Operations leader to oversee the operational performance, engineering standards, maintenance programs, and service delivery across a portfolio of ultra‑high‑end residential assets located in multiple international jurisdictions.

This is not a traditional property management role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that luxury residences are maintained to the highest standards of operational excellence, asset preservation, and hospitality‑driven service.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of luxury residential estate
• Develop and implement estate operating standards, SOPs, and service protocol
