Summary As a Senior Realty Specialist (Acquisition), you will perform the full range of acquisition, assignment, and utilization work for realty projects. Location of position: GSA Public Building Services (PBS), Office of Leasing (OoL) The OoL is responsible for supporting federal agencies in accomplishing their missions by delivering leased space timely at the best value, with high-quality workplace solutions. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. Responsibilities Acquires sites, buildings, easements and other rights; grants and administers permits/licenses in conjunction with real property acquisition. Executes administration of relocation benefits under the Uniform Relocation Act. Serves as a senior technical specialist for the realty programs.
