Senior Recruiter

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Senior Recruiter for their Brooklyn, OH/Remote location.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic consultant to client Capital Markets senior leaders and HR partners, using business and market insights to develop targeted recruiting plans


• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including search strategy, sourcing, assessment, interviewer preparation, feedback synthesis, reference checks, and offer negotiation


• Ensure consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates


• Prioritize work effectively, anticipate challenges, and adjust plans to meet hiring goals


• Use passive and direct sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline


• Assess candidates rigorously and provide informed hiring recommendations
