An opportunity has arisen for a competent and versatile Senior Recruitment Consultant for our dynamic and well established business based in Crawley. We are celebrating our 45 years in the Industry and we believe it is time to pivot and provide and even more exemplary service to our customers and candidates.
We are looking for some one that has the right skill sets to develop the business and inject the right balance of being in the business and driving growth whilst remaining true to the values and ethics we have worked to establish over the last 20 years. This position would also suit an experienced Consultant looking to step up to the play.
The role is very versatile and rewarding, and it includes all aspects of Recruitment from Payroll and Candidate onboarding to Visiting clients, developing the team and strategic planning.
