Senior Recruitment Process Specialist

Gulf Business Machines PND is looking for a Senior Process Analyst – Recruitment to provide end-to-end recruitment support. This role involves working closely with IBM’s operation management teams to define and implement sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment methodologies, be skilled in sourcing through innovative channels, and have experience collaborating with hiring managers. Responsibilities include managing the sourcing life cycle, performing assessments, and updating the candidate status on ATS.
