Senior Recruitment Specialist - Bulk Hiring

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk / high-volume hiring particularly for customer-facing roles to be based onsite in the UAE. This position requires a hands‑on recruitment professional who is actively involved in the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding rather than relying solely on third‑party agencies. The role will also involve regional hiring exposure with a focus on talent markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.
