Position: Senior Regulatory & Legal Reform Expert Experience: 12+ Years Role Summary The Senior Regulatory & Legal Reform Expert will lead legal and regulatory reviews, harmonization initiatives, and legislative drafting activities supporting business process simplification and digital government reforms.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory gap assessments.
Review Acts, Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Policies, and Administrative Orders.
Draft new legislation and amendments.
Prepare Rules, Notifications, SOPs, and subsidiary legislation.
Recommend regulatory simplification initiatives.
Lead regulatory harmonization across Federal and Provincial jurisdictions.
Prepare legal compliance reports.
Support digitization of regulatory processes.
Advise technical teams on legal interpretations affecting system design.
