Senior Relationship Manager - Financial Institutions Coverage

The role reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Lead and support origination activities across FI, NBFI and SWF client segments
• Manage client relationships, take responsibility for specific client accounts and contribute to regional revenue objectives
• Prepare and deliver marketing materials, pitchbooks, term sheets, transaction summaries and other externally facing documentation
• Structure financing solutions in collaboration with product partners across corporate finance, capital markets and other specialist teams
• Support the execution of live transactions including due diligence, financial analysis, internal processes and compliance requirements
• Conduct market and client research, attend client meetings, and represent the team at industry events and presentations
