Senior Remote Monitoring & Technical Support

Vertiv Co is seeking a Service Technical Support VII for Remote Monitoring in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The role involves parametric analysis and diagnostics for customer equipment, generating preventive maintenance reports for batteries and UPS systems, and providing technical support to ensure system optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong planning and communication skills, and be fluent in English. Preferred skills include Automation and experience with Oracle PLM.
