Senior Research Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Research Advisor to help guide and support our research programme, ensuring research investments are well‑targeted, evidence‑based, and deliver meaningful outcomes for natural hazard resilience and risk reduction.

You’ll work across the full research lifecycle – from shaping investment priorities and managing funding rounds to tracking project delivery and supporting the translation of research into policy and practice. You’ll also play an active role in lifting team capability by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and contributing to consistent ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape the direction of the research programme by contributing to investment priorities, planning, and portfolio review.
