An opportunity has arisen to join the R&I department at Pennine Care and be involved in the process evaluation of a NIHR funded study looking at the use of Metformin to control weight gain in people newly diagnosed with psychosis. The process evaluation will be undertaken in conjunction with researchers from the University of Manchester and will contribute to the overall understanding of the research process for the participants and others in this study

Main duties of the job

The Research and Innovation Department has responsibility for all elements of research governance within the Trust and also provides corporate support to internal staff and external partners undertaking research, service evaluations and innovation projects.
