- Apply for Jurong Island temporary passes for FM contractors.
- Goods Receipt (GR) all FM work done.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all departmental documents to support audits and other regulatory or operational requirements.
- Source for FM-related work vendors.
- Raise PRs for FM-related work.
