Senior Research Engineer SoC Architecture / Wireless

A Senior Research Engineer SoC Architecture is sought by this leading communications organisation to be based at their R+D Centre in Zurich. The Senior Research Engineer SoC Architecture will be responsible for researching emerging computing architectures for next generation wireless systems. The Senior Research Engineer SoC will be also analysing architectural trade-offs, supporting SoC system design and development and for researching into optimising CPU microarchitectures to improve overall SoC performance.

You will have completed your PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar coupled with 4+ years of experience gained in software / hardware co-design in the area of SoC design and development and wireless base station communication systems. Experience of software / hardware interfaces and wireless / cellular technologies (LTE, 5G NR, PHY Layer) are all beneficial.
