Senior Research Fellow (Computational Electromagnetism and Nanophotonics)

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) seeks a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) with expertise in computational electromagnetism, quantum electrodynamics, and software development.

• Computationally solve electrodynamics problems involving electron‑photon and electron‑matter interactions in the EUV regime.
• Develop efficient software tools for modeling unprecedented electromagnetic phenomena using languages such as C++ and Python.
• Formulate new theories for EUV generation derived from Maxwell’s equations and quantum electrodynamics (QED) / quantum field theory.
• Lead research publications and present at top‑tier international conferences.
• Assist the Principal Investigator in grant writing, and supervise graduate and undergraduate students.
• Provide logistical support for laboratory operations related to the project.
