We’re looking for a Senior Research Manager, Consumer to join our London team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of researchers across global markets to turn complex user insights into product strategies, while building the AI‑powered research tools of the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop talent – Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of senior researchers, fostering an environment where they can deliver their best work.


• Drive product strategy – Partner closely with Design, Product Management, and Strategy leaders to turn ambiguous user problems into insights that move core product metrics.
