Senior Research Scientist (Cancer Science Institute, Dr Anthony Khong's Lab)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Scientist (SRS) to join Dr Anothony Khong's Lab at the Cancer Science Institute (CSI), National University of Singapore. The lab is dedicated to understanding the fundamental mechanisms underlying RNA therapeutics, with a particular focus on how RNA-based drugs escape from endolysosomes. The SRS will lead a project centred on performing image-based arrayed CRISPR screens and dissecting protein pathways involved in endolysosome rupture caused by lipid nanoparticles. The role requires extensive molecular biology expertise and the ability to integrate advanced techniques such as CRISPR screening and proteomics.
