The Senior Resident Care Coordinator (Senior RCC) provides leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence neighborhoods, ensuring high-quality, safe and resident-centered care. This role partners closely with the Resident Care Director (RCD), Executive Director and interdisciplinary teams to support service planning, staffing, regulatory compliance and team development while promoting Sunrise’s mission and standards.
