Senior Resident Engineer

Overview: The Senior Resident Engineer will lead site supervision for large-scale mega giga developments including villa communities and high-rise buildings, ensuring delivery in line with design intent, UAE authority regulations, quality standards and project timelines. The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end site supervision for mega giga projects, mixed-use, villas, and high-rise developments.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications and UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Manage and mentor Resident Engineers, inspectors and discipline engineers.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements and technical submittals.
