Overview: The Senior Resident Engineer will lead site supervision for large‑scale mega/giga developments, including villa communities and high‑rise buildings, ensuring delivery in line with design intent, UAE authority regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. • Lead end‑to‑end site supervision for mega/giga projects (mixed‑use, villas, and high‑rise developments).
• Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Manage and mentor Resident Engineers, inspectors, and discipline engineers.
