Job Description

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
 : Bachelor degree in business related field required
Minimum 5 years of external sales experience or 5 years of sales support in the retirement channel required
Knowledge of financial markets required
In-depth knowledge of retirement and insurance products required
In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes’ financial products preferred
Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
MAJOR DUTIES:
Call on retirement advisors, record keeper partners and insurance clients to position Federated Hermes’ investment products.
Communicate Federated Hermes’ investment philosophy, process, strategies and performance to current and prospective clients.
Work with sales representatives and stakeholders to position Federated products.
Position the firm’s investment solutions and management style utilizing a consultative process during group presentations...
