About the Role
A niche consulting firm in the corporate and employee benefits space, is looking for a Retirement Fund Consultant to join our team. Youll manage a portfolio of clients, deliver proactive consulting advice, and ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- FAIS accreditation & compliance with FAIS Code of Conduct
- min 3–5 years experience in the South African employee benefits industry
- Strong knowledge of retirement funds, group risk benefits, governance & legislation
- Practical experience with freestanding funds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, client‑centric approach with ability to work independently & ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
