Ottomatik.io is seeking an experienced Senior SaaS Support & Onboarding Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and providing high-level support for a POS, CRM, and ERP platform designed for independent jewelry stores.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SaaS customer support, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities include training customers and troubleshooting platform issues.
