Job Description

Reporting to the Director, key deliverables include:
- Develop businesses in line with local sales strategy
- Identify, develop and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare quotation for formwork and scaffolding solutions requested by the customer
- Negotiate and finalize sales / rental contracts with customers and thereafter provide relevant project information to other departments
- Prepare and update sales pipeline on a regular basis to achieve annual sales targets
- Ensure that customers understand the company contract and condition terms and follow-up closely during project execution (rental)
- Ensure that customers understand the company invoicing and follow through with collection of payments
- Communicate and report to Director regarding project status and sales activities on a regular basis
