About the Role
You will own sales for HydroNeo in Indonesia. Your job is to bring shrimp farmers from gut-feeling decisions to professional, data-driven farm management using our technology.
The role is telesales-first: high-volume outreach by phone and video from our Surabaya office. Farm visits, expos, and partner meetings happen when they have a clear purpose and a clear plan. We measure results, not kilometers driven.
