Job Description

Senior Sales Executive (Outbound sales) – responsible for acquiring new SMB clients for JoomPro Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure large clients for JoomPro Brazil, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Design and maintain a robust outbound prospecting pipeline to drive consistent growth.
  • Oversee the entire acquisition process — from curating prospect lists and managing the sales funnel to closing high‑value deals.
  • Work closely with Sales Excellence, Supply, Logistics, and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting activities and ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in active prospecting of SMB clients in complex sales environments.
