Job Description
Lead and drive commercial activities for the certification business in Egypt, with a strong focus on Sustainability (ESG, climate, responsible sourcing) and Digital Trust (cybersecurity, data privacy, information security) offerings. The role is accountable for achieving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Leadership & Performance
Lead and manage all sales, sales support, and marketing functions to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and sales targets aligned with business strategy.
Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance.
