Job Description

About the Role:   We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth across our  SaaS-based solutions, BPO services, and Automation (RPA & AI) offerings .


The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consultative selling, a deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers, and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision for its  RPA, AI, and Automation Services  portfolio, including SaaS and BPO solutions.


Identify, qualify, nurture, and close  new logo opportunities  across SaaS, BPO, and Automation segments by leveraging existing sales and marketing channels.


Build client-centric proposal responses ( RFI / PQQ / RFP / ITT / RFQ ) aligned to defined win themes and value propositions.
