Senior Sales Manager – Four Seasons Spain Collection, Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Implement all sales action plans related to US & Canada FIT leisure segment and assigned geographical areas, in line with the approved Marketing Plan.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and budgeted revenue targets.
• Proactively solicit leisure FIT business for rooms and related hotel services through direct sales activities targeting US-based & Canada-based travel advisors, luxury consortia, and leisure partners.
• Design and execute strategic sales action plans specifically focused on the US & Canada FIT leisure segment.
• Closely monitor account revenue and business production for US FIT leisure accounts, including travel advisors, consortia, luxury agencies, and key production partners.
• Maximize up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities whenever possible.
