Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – Residential

Responsibilities

• Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows, etc) to generate quality leads.
• Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements.
• Track and analyse marketing performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, prospects, and business partners.
• Provide professional property investment advice and after‑sales support to homebuyers and investors.
