Job Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Follow‑up– Proactively identify and develop new overseas clients for glassware products through international trade fairs, social media platforms, and other B2B channels. Maintain client records, follow up on client needs regularly, and build long‑term relationships.
- Business Communication & Negotiation– Communicate effectively with overseas clients in English, understand their requirements accurately, provide product quotations, samples, and related materials. Lead routine commercial negotiations and facilitate contract signing.
- Full Order Lifecycle Management– Manage order entry, confirmation, and tracking. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor customs clearance and shipping processes to guarantee on‑time delivery and secure payment collection.
