Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator – Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Location: Gurugram / Hybrid Reports to (day-to-day): Salesforce Platform Lead Governance oversight: Head of GDC or GDC Service Manager (SLAs, utilisation, standards) Job Description: Role Purpose The Senior Salesforce Administrator will bridge business needs and technical execution within client’s Salesforce Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for translating user stories into scalable Salesforce designs and walking the business through proposed solutions. It involves configuration using declarative tools, managing AppExchange packages, and executing deployments through our CI/CD process using Jira and GitHub.
