What you'll do:
Lead the administration, configuration and customisation of Salesforce to support business requirements across multiple departments. Build and enhance complex automations using Flow, Apex, Process Builder and Visualforce to improve efficiency and business processes. Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes and security configurations to keep the platform aligned with business needs. Drive ongoing platform optimisation, usability and scalability as the organisation grows. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems to improve data flow and process automation across platforms. Support complex reporting and dashboards, while helping maintain data integrity through audits and clean-up activities. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting and advanced Salesforce configuration.
