SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant (S/4HANA HCM)

Location: Madrid (Hybrid 2 days on-site). Company: InnoIT Consulting. Full-time. Senior level.

You will lead the implementation and roll‑out of SAP Fiori ESS (Employee Self-Service) and MSS (Manager Self-Service) for an organization of around 10,000 employees on S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR
• Design the solution architecture
• Configure the Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, spaces, and pages
• Manage SAP Gateway and OData services
• Coordinate SAPUI5 development efforts
• Lead testing, deployment, and post go‑live support across thousands of concurrent users

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM
• 5+ years implementing SAP Fiori
• At least 3 full end‑to‑end ESS/MSS implementations
