Role Summary
Responsible for fish cutting, preparation, and supporting stall operations, while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, cut, and prepare seafood for customers
- Portion fish according to customer requests
- Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (NEA standards)
- Assist in displaying seafood attractively
- Support operations during peak hours
- Reduce wastage through proper cutting techniques
