Job Description
The Senior SEO/GEO Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and improving SEO and GEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth, LLM visibility and pipeline performance across search engines and LLM platforms overall. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across technical, on-page, off-page, content, analytics, and reporting work, with the ability to translate search data into practical actions for clients and internal teams.
In terms of the responsibilities for GEO, they will be about how brands are discovered, cited, summarised, and recommended across AI-powered search engines, generative answer platforms, and agentic discovery journeys. The Senior SEO Specialist will support the team in adapting SEO and GEO best practices for traditional search, AI search, and emerging agent-driven experiences.
