Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline.
- Fluent in language of country specifically English.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certified (ITIL v4 preferred)
- SIAM certification advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a service architect or service design discipline within the telecommunications or system integration environment.
- Demonstrable experience in the successful engagement with the cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end life cycle of a service
- Experience in enterprise architecture advantageous or demonstratable understanding of enterprise architecture
- Experience in external customer facing engagements.
- Experience working in a large organisation.
