Job Description

Senior Service Engineer 
PURPOSE
The Senior/Technical Service Engineer can perform both field Bayer radiology equipment servicing and maintenance and also as the local certified technical personnel to supervise the training and development of distributors service engineers in the maintenance services (PMS) of Radiology and Cath lab injectors. This evolved role is crucial as a solution provider in ensuring customer satisfaction through both technical expertise, effective product use guidance and assisting in reaching 99.99% uptime of all Bayer device installed in Indonesia.
 
MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and management of all Distributor Engineers on a monthly basis.

Management of Service annual revenue goals and target planning.

Training and development plan for the new service engineers.

Service data management, including installed base information and related service metrics.
