**A Snapshot of Your Day**:As part of Service Engineering, leading technical clarification support for Gas Turbine components.Technical support includes ownership of risk assessments for hot side parts in operation of gas turbines and provide direction to our commercial teams for outage preparation.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:- Assess the degradation of turbine hardware and communicate risk back to field service and commercial teams.
- Review findings with customers to explain operational risks based on part condition.
- Document component damage and feedback service experience to design engineering.
- Review outage plans and scope for component hardware installed in unit and provide recommendations for exchange of hardware.
- Direct impact on Service business success by improving customers' ability improve engine reliability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA's) on components when they don't meet life expectancy.
