Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - ITSM Transformation

Insight is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Dubai to lead requirements capture and documentation across a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. This role involves facilitating workshops, producing user stories, and supporting UAT across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in business analysis, deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and strong communication skills. This position requires full onsite engagement throughout the project duration of 6-12 months.
