Senior ServiceNow Developer

**_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._**

+ Lead Development: Design, code, test, implement, and support ServiceNow applications and modules—primarily in ITSM, SAM Pro, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.
+ Architect Solutions: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
+ Champion Change: Act as a change management leader, helping teams adopt new processes and technologies with confidence and clarity.
