Job Description

Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared HR ServiceNow Developer to provide specific expertise and resourcing in the domain of service integration and interoperability across various platforms for custom developed applications using ServiceNow. The resource will support the business owners to collect business requirements, process mapping, users stories, design, develop, test, and deploy new modules based on documented functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain modules and integrations within the ServiceNow-based Safety Information Management Platform.
Create and maintain application code and database structures using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
Develop user interfaces, dashboards, and reports to meet business and technical requirements.
Analyze business requirements, workflows, and user stories to determine technical feasibility and design approaches.
