Senior Sister / Charge Nurse - Emergency Department

It is an exciting time to join Salisbury Emergency Department as a Band 7; we are in a period of transition within the UEC team. This gives you the unique opportunity to shape the changes in emergency care and pathways to feel the tangible differences you can make.

We are continuing to look to develop our services and care we provide within Urgent and Emergency care including looking at developing a co-located Urgent Treatment Centre

There are also opportunities to expand on leadership skills as you will be responsible for a junior team and OD&P elements of managing junior staff. A band 7 development program is currently being designed, you will have opportunity and support to train and work alongside the coach house in change management, to broaden your experience.
