Job Description
- Proficient in using Primavera software for project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring
- Ability to prepare and manage project quotations accurately
- Strong working knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) procedures and documentation
- Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating construction drawings
- Strong grip on structural design concepts and execution on site
- Proven experience in coordinating with architects to ensure high quality finishing works
- Responsible for material management, including checking, monitoring, and maintaining proper material records
- Ability to prepare and manage Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) accurately for reinforcement works
Requirements
