Senior Site Foreman

The Senior Site Foreman assists the Deputy PM/PM by coordinating with sub‑contractors and workers over site general works (Formwork, Concrete, Rebar, and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub‑cons and workers.
• Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork/rebar work.
• Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provisions at the site working area for sub‑cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man‑hours returns, and coordinate all aspects of site issues.
