Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations activities.
- Lead a team of supervisors, foremen, chargehands, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and according to project specifications.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain proper site documentation and reports.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety and site coordination.
- Able to work independently and supervise multiple work activities.
