Senior Slot Technician

The Senior Slot Technician creates, supervises, and designs related training programs to assist in the development of subordinate Technicians. Additional duties include the maintenance and repair of select equipment for the Finance and Table Games operations. Ensures all new products are configured and functioning properly; makes recommendations to the Slot Technical Shift Manager to improve any areas of concern; repairs any machine problems beyond the scope of subordinate Technicians; sets an example for other Technicians to follow; delivers exceptional internal/external customer service. This position requires performing the job duties throughout the SGC properties as needed. Traveling between or reporting to the other properties is a requirement of this position. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s and the Departments policies and procedures.
