Senior SoC & IP Documentation Architect

Baya Systems in Cambridge is seeking a Technical Writer to bridge the gap between complex silicon IP architecture and hardware engineering customers. You will produce technical manuals and user guides, collaborating closely with design and software teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in documenting semiconductor IP or complex SoC architectures. Familiarity with documentation tools like Sphinx, LaTeX, and automation skills in scripting is essential.
