Senior Software Engineer - Go-to-Market

About the Role

This role is for a Senior Software Engineer who loves AI, cares deeply about system design, clean architecture, and building full‑stack products end‑to‑end. You'll be working across the stack to design, build, and scale the AI‑powered tools and surfaces that our customers, support teams, and commercial teams rely on every day.

In this role your focus will be on internal tooling, such as analytics tools and commission tooling and more.

What we’re looking for:

• Key tech/experience: React, React Native, AI, Mobile Development, Full stack with Front End focus
• Strong full‑stack engineering skills across frontend and backend — ideally TypeScript/React on the front, Python and/or Node on the back
• Solid experience designing and building production‑grade APIs, services, and data pipelines
