Senior Software Engineer - Hybrid - Richmond, British Columbia, CAN

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, and maintains software according to company coding standards, processes, testing, risk analysis, and metrics creation
• Utilizes customer feedback and input to guide their work and provide value in outcomes
• Works with Engineering Leadership & Product Management to translate requirements into engineering specifications and plans
• Participates in backlog grooming sessions, actively provides feedback and input
• Participates in test planning and collaborates with QA Engineers
• Capable of debugging and resolving increasingly complex issues
• Develops with a quality mindset, understanding the importance and impact of leaked defects. Focuses on testable code, writing unit and integration tests
• Collaborates with others to receive and deliver code reviews to ensure quality, alignment, and process is followed
