We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us at Telia.
I’m Hans Rasmussen, Head of Customer Interaction in Norway IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on modernising Telia’s Enterprise self-service portal, delivering fast, reliable digital experiences for business customers.
What you’ll do:
You’ll take technical ownership of our Enterprise self-service portals, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and the team’s transition toward modern, AI-assisted development practices.
Lead technical direction and architecture for our Enterprise Portals, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and BFF layers
Drive the modernisation of the portal from legacy systems toward a spec-driven, component-based development model
